Hey guys, long time…things are finally picking but story of my, now I have to leave and go back to London to tie up some loose ends…!
Anyway so, after talking my ’muse’ and source of inspiration I have something to share with you guys.
Recently people very close to me are going through some ordeals that are challenging me to stare my future right in the eye and make decisions.
Ok question:
Would you rather be happy single in your thirties, but comfortable enough to afford holidays wherever/whenever you want to, pay your bills and meet your mortgage payments on time and still have enough to afford little luxuries
Or
Would you be married with kids in your thirties, barely making a living, barely paying bills on time, never going on holiday because you can’t afford it
But
You are head over hills in love, you have a great partner and companion, you really enjoy each other and ultimately ‘truly’ happy!
I think you could all guess which one I will choose, but let me try and justify my choice. Whoever said money was the root of all evil was raised up in pure poverty…I don’t believe in depending on another person for help because I believe we all possess the ability to make it and make ourselves happy.
If you have noticed, when you allow people to give you things and meet your needs, they become possessive and over bearing. I hate having to answer to someone or having to justify my actions to another, I understand that this maybe due to the fact that I am very young, stubborn, selfish and headstrong, but I do not see myself in the second scenario at all.
Like Miss Turner said, what’s love got to do with it? I don’t care how good a companion your partner is if he cannot provide for you he is not a man…yeah I said it shoot me!
There could be a lot of arguments which will counter mine but this is my blog and I have the final say…lol…leave a comment and share your view…!
To be continued….
I believe people focus too much on results and too little on reason.
ReplyDeleteWhen you do things for the right reasons, with the right people, you get beautiful results regardless. For instance, if you want to make money, do something you love. In life you don't choose consequences, you receive them.
As for men.. I think a man is a Man when he provides for you to the best of his abilities. I think it takes a strong woman to recognise and support that.
well said hun...keep reading and sharing your views...!
